Highlands Ranch - Restaurant Review

Enclosed you will find our review of a local asian restaurant in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

The restaurant Pei Wei can be found at the corner of Highlands Ranch Parkway/University Blvd. and Colorado Blvd.. It is located in the business area near the Whole Foods supermarket. Parking is available close to the restaurant.

Service: Overall - the service has been very good during several visits. When entering the restaurant a small crew of waiters is expecting the visitor. The visitor places the order and receives the order to place it on a table. Going through a small buffet-like area to get soft drinks the guests can then choose a table inside the restaurant or when the weather permits outside on the porch. The food gets delivered within minutes and always arrived hot when we visited the restaurant.

The Food: The quality of the food is very good. If you know PF Chang Chinese Restaurant - the food is of similar quality. The meal options are a little different though. The kitchen delivers excellent meals in a very short time. It does not matter if you order for take-out or eat-in. The portions are reasonable and large enough and should meet everyone's need. I personally recommend the beef lo mein with no mushrooms. That is one of my favorite dishes at any Chinese Restaurant and often helps to compare the restaurants with each other.

Pricing: Prices are average and affordable. Overall prices are lower than at Little Holly's or PF Chang's but it is hard to compare these restaurants anyway. Expect an average of $9.00 per person (includes soft drinks).

We are very pleased with the Pei Wei Asian Diner restaurant. We are return customers and have never been disappointed with our experience over there.
