On the Border - Mexican Grill &
Cantina in Highlands Ranch is a well established restaurant. The
restaurant opened the door for its very first time on 12/4/1995.
The restaurant is located near C-470 and Quebec (highly visible
from the highway). The overall appearance is authentic Mexican
style.
Service: Service is very good. Every time we have been to On the
Border we experienced friendly staff that took well care of our
needs. Food always arrived hot and fresh. Drinks were refilled
promptly.
The Food: The quality of the food is very good. You know what
to expect at On the Border and the frequent guest probably has
a couple of favorite dishes. Our favorites are the Fajitas. It's
plenty of food. The side dishes compliment the main pieces of the
Fajita. The "Three Sauce Burrito" is also one of our favorite dishes.
Everything was fresh prepared when we were there.
Pricing: Prices are very fair. That is one of the nice things
at On the Border. You get plenty of good food and when you go home
you do know that you got great value for your hard earned money.
